bütün exe ler internet explorela açılıyor??

bilgisayarda exe olarak neyi çalıştırmaya kalkarsam sürekli internet exploreri açıyor.
sistem geri yüklemeye çalıştığımda bile .exe çalıştığı için onu da yaptırmıyor. ben bu bilgisayarı format atmadan eski haline nasıl getiririm.

bunu herhangi bir isimle uzantisi reg olarak kaydedip o bilgisayarda sag tiklayip merge(birleştir) edebilirseniz problem kalmaz
